Change the following registry entry

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
"Window Title"="The Hackademy"
Replace the "The Hackademy" with what ever text you would like to have displayed in the Title bar of the Internet Explorer Windows.
